The Interpreter Toolkit is a collection of self-guided resources designed to support professional sustainability and emotional wellness. These tools focus on common experiences within the field, including burnout, vicarious trauma, perfectionism, work-related stress and compassion satisfaction. Each resource is intended to increase self-awareness and provide practical next steps grounded in research and trauma-informed practice.
