Interpreter Care Check-In
Interpreting is complex, high-impact work. At times, it can feel mentally demanding, emotionally heavy, or difficult to navigate within the systems we work in.
This check-in is a starting point. It is designed to help you pause, take stock of your current experience, and identify where support and growth might be most useful. The Full Assessment takes about 5 minutes and covers five areas of interpreter wellbeing. If you have additional time and are looking for a deeper exploration of burnout, compassion fatigue, or long-term resilience, the Interpreter Wellness Assessment is a great next step.
Before you begin:
- Reflect on your experiences over the past 2 to 4 weeks
- Answer honestly. This is for your awareness, not evaluation.
- If you are feeling overwhelmed right now, begin with the Quick Check
